Specification and installation details.	In addition to being the ultimate aerobic floor, Boflex is also an excellent basketball and volleyball floor system. Hardwood floor surfacing has long been the choice of basketball and volleyball participants. Through constant improvement in our manufacturing process, Boflex is now an economical alternative for any multi-use hardwood sport floor. Boflex's basketball floor is 3/4" thickness and has a 6mm wear layer(1/4") giving it a long life. Boflex is an investment in safety, performance and comfort. Its cross-ply construction results in the Boflex floor being more dimensionally stable than solid hardwood floors. This reduces unsightly gaps and cracking of painted gameslines. Our prefinished floor boards make installation a fast, environmentally-friendly process. We virtually eliminate the dust, odors and inconvenience associated with sand and finish on-site installations. This system utilizes our 3/4"(19mm) isocushion conical rubber pad attached to 2 layers of 1/2"(12mm) plywood that are both glued and screwed together. The top layer is a 7/8"(21mm) prefinished, engineered floorboard with a full 1/4" (6mm) wear layer.The Boflex Doubleflex system is extremely dimensionally stable and the engineered floorboards eliminate over 50% of the gapping found in traditional solid wood floors.
